Found all the ponies up by the Blackbushe Market entrance gate yesterday. All looked well and grazing thou the flies were annoying them a bit. Looking back I dont seem to be able to find my post from the week before when I went looking. As you can tell they were all fine then too.
Despite my best efforts, I could not locate any of the ponies between 17.40 and 18.50 this evening. I hope they're ok and I'll try to find them again tomorrow. Cheers, Josie
All ponies seen yesterday (Wednesday 31st) at 18.10. Off on holiday later but will resume 'lookering' duties when I return. Hope you have a good summer!! Josie :)
4thAugust - 11:30am Found 5 of the ponies grazing in area 7. They looked fine. Having walked along most of the tracks we did not see the pony with the dappled rump. Hope he is OK.
Checked the ponies on Tuesday and Wednesday (6th & 7th) this week. On Tuesday there were a lots of flies on them, so I tried to treat them with fly-spray, which they weren't too pleased about so we shall see how effective its been!
11th August - 11:30am Found all the ponies grazing by the track at the top of the hill near Coopers Hill entrance. On our return they had moved into the shade of the trees. They all looked fine, apart from the 'pesky' flies!
All six ponies seen at 18.00 at the top near the blackbushe gate, then again all six seen at 19.10 on our way back, were all six ponies was heading back down towards the stream.
No ponies seen on our way out at 19:00, so it was good to see all six ponies grazing on and around the path area at the top near the bench on our way back at 20:30.
Mon 26th August - 11:30am Found all the ponies grazing in area 2. They then made their way down to the stream for liquid refreshment and onto area 4. All looked fine.

ReplyDeleteAll ponies seen yesterday (Monday 29th) at 20.45. They were all grazing happily and looked fine, apart from being a bit wet.

All ponies seen at carral junction 13.45hrs on Sunday 4th August 2013. All fine and healthy.

All ponies seen at 14:00hrs content and grazing by the corral. Fly problem didnt seem to great, looks like the fly spray may be working.

ReplyDeleteFound all the ponies sheltering in the shade of the trees between areas 3/6/7. All looked fine.
Searched high and low for ponies but couldnt find them today.
ReplyDeleteAfter searching the whole site we found the ponies by the stream on our way back. All fine and all very friendly today!

Again searched most of the site except down off the path where the seat is as ran out of time. Couldn't find the ponies anywhere.
